For Senders
- Provide accurate package descriptions and requirements
- Be available for pickup at agreed times
- Package items securely and appropriately
- Pay agreed fees promptly
- Confirm delivery promptly upon receipt
- Provide honest feedback and ratings
For Travelers
- Only accept deliveries you can complete safely
- Handle packages with care and respect
- Communicate regularly about delivery status
- Meet delivery commitments on time
- Follow all safety and security protocols
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
Safety Violations
- Threats, harassment, or intimidation of any kind
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Violence or physical harm to people or property
- Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual behavior
- Stalking or unwanted contact after delivery completion
Fraud and Scams
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees or policies
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Manipulating ratings or reviews
- Phishing or attempting to steal personal information
Prohibited Items and Activities
- Transporting illegal substances or contraband
- Delivering weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
- Handling cash, jewelry, or high-value items
- Transporting live animals or perishable food
- Using the platform for illegal activities
Platform Misuse
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempting to hack or compromise the platform
- Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Circumventing account restrictions or suspensions
Communication Guidelines
Appropriate Communication
- Use clear, professional language
- Be respectful and courteous in all interactions
- Respond to messages promptly (within 24 hours)
- Keep communications relevant to the delivery
- Use the platform's messaging system for all communications
Inappropriate Communication
- Offensive, abusive, or threatening language
- Personal attacks or harassment
- Discriminatory or hateful speech
- Sexual or inappropriate content
- Spam or unsolicited promotional messages
Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If this is not possible, our support team is available to help mediate and resolve conflicts.

Permanent Ban
