To create a delivery request, log in to your account and click "Create Delivery" on the dashboard. Fill in the package details, pickup and delivery addresses, and select your preferred delivery date. The system will automatically calculate the price based on distance, weight, and other factors.
To become a traveler, create an account and complete your profile with a photo and basic information. Post your travel routes by specifying where you're going and when. You'll then see delivery requests on your route that you can accept. For large packages, you'll need to provide vehicle documentation.
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Senders pay upfront when creating a delivery request. The payment is held in escrow until the delivery is completed and confirmed. Travelers receive payment within 24 hours of successful delivery. We support mobile money, card payments, and bank transfers.
We have comprehensive insurance coverage for all deliveries. If your package is damaged or lost, report it immediately through the app. We'll investigate the incident and provide compensation based on the declared value of your package. Our dispute resolution team will handle the process.
You can track your delivery in real-time through the app. Once a traveler accepts your delivery, you'll receive live GPS updates showing the package's location. You'll also get notifications for pickup, in-transit, and delivery milestones.
Our platform fee is 20% of the delivery cost, which is included in the total price you see. This fee covers our services including payment processing, insurance, customer support, and platform maintenance. The remaining 80% goes to the traveler. All fees are transparently displayed before you confirm your delivery.
